About Us
Personally hosted, on the coast of Durrës
Top Villas Durrës is a small, family-run collection of seven private-pool villas at Rubjekë and Gjiri i Lalëzit on the Albanian Riviera, about 30–40 minutes from Tirana airport. Every guest is met personally on arrival, and our team stays reachable by phone and WhatsApp throughout the stay.
We built the direct-booking site so guests can skip the OTA markup entirely — booking directly with us saves 5% versus Airbnb or Booking.com, with the same villas, the same service, and a real person on the other end of the message.
